Is there a Registration Deadline?

We accept registrations until the camp is full--as camps begin to fill you will see the number of spots available.  Camps fill quickly so we would encourage you to register early so you are not Wait-Listed.

All camps will have payment options* available to you:

--If you sign up multiple campers at the same time you only pay the one $3 service fee per transaction.

Will I receive a confirmation e-mail?
Immediately after you sign up for camp you will receive a confirmation e-mail and receipt.  If you don't receive a confirmation e-mail you may not have completed the transaction.

Can I print off a Registration Form and pay with a check?
No, the online registration is the only way to sign up for camp.

What is your refund policy?
If in the event you are unable to attend camp, you will receive a refund as defined below. Please understand that this policy is not intended to be an aggravation or nuisance, but is necessary in order for us to provide a high level camp experience.  When possible refunds will be placed back on the original credit card used to register.  If the registration occurred over 120 days earlier then the refund will come in the form of a check.

• Cancellation notice must be submitted in writing via e-mail to [email protected]
• Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to the start of camp will be provided a full refund minus the nonrefundable deposit*.
• Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the start of camp will be provided a partial refund if due to injury or sickness.  A physician's written verification is required.
• No refunds will be provided for expulsion from camp.
• No refunds will be provided for advancing in baseball playoffs.
• The amount of a partial refund is dependent upon a number of factors and can vary.

*Nonrefundable Deposits:  Day Camp--$25 / Res Camp--$25 / Little Falcons Camp--$10.

Does my child need to bring a soccer ball?
No, we provide all the soccer balls at camp.

Do I need to have my child get a physical?
A physical is not required for camp, however the online registration entails providing a medical background and checking a liability waiver.

Do I need to fill out any additional medical/insurance forms?

No, all the medical/insurance information is collected in the online registration process.

Do you have the capability to handle my son's food allergies in your dining hall?
Lottie Nelson Dining Hall offers a variety of menu items daily that exclude the eight most common food allergens. These include Fish, Shellfish, Peanuts, Tree Nuts, Wheat, Soy, Milk and Eggs.  Nutrition and allergen information is available 24/7 on line for the menu items and offerings served in the restaurants at Messiah College. The information is inclusive of nutritional data, ingredient data, and dietary allergens information. The Net Nutrition software program also allows for guests of the college to filter (exclude) allergens and or dietary menu preferences from the list of menu offerings. The menus are available on NetNutrition two weeks in advance:  www.messiah.edu/menu

For campers with medically diagnosed allergens or restrictions that will require the professional support of the Nutritionist and Executive Chef the following form must be completed 30 days prior to camp:  https://www.messiah.edu/forms/form/518/en/allergy_form_for_conferencecamp  Special Dietary Accommodations may incur a 10% surcharge to the cost of your dining plan.

More information can be found here:   Dining with Allergens and or Dietary Restrictions at Messiah College

How are teams organized?  Can my son be with his friends
We work hard to make sure campers are with their friends, and although it is not guaranteed we offer a “Teammate Request” option on the registration form.

Can my son’s entire team be together on the same camp team?

We want all of our campers to have a positive experience and as a result limit the number of players from the same club team to be on a camp team.  Depending on how many players from the same team (club or school) sign up for camp we will keep them in groups of 3-5...above 6 and we place them together but on two separate teams.

Are health professionals available in case of an injury or illness?
Yes, we have certified Athletic Trainers that are available at camp.

Do you have specific training for Goalkeepers?
Yes, we have an excellent program for goalkeepers at all of our camps.  Be sure to indicate your desire to have your son train as a goalkeeper at camp on the registration form.

Do you offer Discounts?

Yes, we have the following discounts available:

Family Discount:

A family discount of $25.00 is given to additional siblings who registers for either Day Camp or Resident Camp. Family discounts do not apply to ID Camp, Team Camp, or Little Falcons Camp. This discount does not apply to other Messiah camps including the Messiah Girls Soccer Camp.

Messiah University Employee Discount:
An employee discount is available to all full-time employees of Messiah College. This discount is only available to campers up through eighth grades as NCAA rules prohibit the providing of discounts to campers in grades 9-12.   Employees need to e-mail Brad McCarty at [email protected] to receive a Coupon Code.

HOUSING

Top Housing Questions:

1. Do the dorms have air conditioning?
Yes, all of our dorm rooms have air conditioning. You are also welcome to bring a fan if you wish, but it is not necessary.
2. Are linens provided?
A pillow and blanket is provided, but you need to bring sheets for a single bed or a sleeping bag.
3. Are the dorms monitored?
Yes, we are very careful in monitoring campers in their dorm rooms. We have 2-4 Staff Members stay on each floor during camp and hold floor meetings in the evening. Dorms are also monitored during the afternoons and evenings when campers are in the dorm during free time.
4. Can I choose my roommate?
Yes, if you have another camper you would like to room with at Resident Camp please make sure they list your name as their "Roommate Request". We cannot honor roommate requests from only one of the two parties. PLEASE make sure ahead of time you have contacted the other party and they are committed to coming to camp as well.
5. What if I do not have a roommate request?
If you do not request a roommate you will be paired with another camper of similar age who does not have a roommate.
6. Are there rooms with multiple beds available?
Yes, we have a number of triples and quads available that we make accessible to our campers. These are handled on a "first come-first serve" basis which means we cannot guarantee availability. If you are interested in getting on the Triple/Quad Request List, please send an e-mail to [email protected]
7. Can Friends/Teams/Groups room near each other?
If you have two or more rooms of campers that would like to be housed near each other please indicate that in the "Near Roommates" section of the online registration.
